Usage: As a medicament, it is used to supplement VD of the body, prevent and cure tetany, osteoporosis, rachitis, decayed tooth and letdown of the parathyroid function brought by the lack of VD. The physiological function is to keep the metabolism of the calcium and phosphorus in gear, to accelerate it's sediment in the bone and the tissue.
